Inspection Comments   FOLLOW UP FOR #16: THE DISH WASHING MACHINE TEMPERATURE STILL DOES NOT REACH 165 DEGREES. TWO NEW WATER HEATERS ARE SCHEDULED TO BE INSTALLED THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 25. UNTIL THESE WATER HEATERS ARE INSTALLED AND THE DISH MACHINE FINAL RINSE TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 165 DEGREES, ALL CLEAN UTENSILS, POTS, PANS, AND DISHWARE WILL BE SANITIZED IN QUAT SANITIZER SOLUTION AT THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK. FOLLOW UP WILL OCCUR ON DECEMBER 2, AFTER THE WATER HEATERS ARE INSTALLED.
